Experienced Dog Groomer and Washer/Bather

Locations: Gawler East 5118 SA & Mount Pleasant 5235 SA

Hours: Casual (2–3 days per week)

Cameron Veterinary Services is looking for a skilled and caring Dog Groomer and washer/bather to join our friendly, family-owned veterinary clinic. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive, low-stress environment alongside an experienced groomers, veterinary and nursing team who genuinely value quality care — for pets and people.

About the Role

Experienced Groomer:

Full grooms, clipping, bathing & styling
Confident handling of dogs of all sizes and temperaments
Working closely with our veterinary team to ensure safe, stress-free grooming
Maintaining a clean, organised bathing and grooming area
Building positive relationships with clients and their pets
Casual 2 days per week and Saturday morning

Washer/Bather:

Confident handling of dogs of all sizes and temperaments
Washing, blow-drying and prepping dogs for grooming
Working closely with our grooming team to ensure a safe, calm, and stress-free experience
Maintaining a clean, organised bathing and grooming area
Building positive relationships with clients and their pets
Casual 2 days per week and Saturday morning

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1–2 years professional grooming experience or a motivated individual eager to learn and grow in the field are also encouraged to apply
Confidence with full grooms and breed clips
Calm, compassionate approach to animal handling
Strong time management and communication skills
A team player who aligns with our values and culture
