How it works:
- Refer a friend or family member to Cameron Veterinary Services.
- Ask them to mention your name when booking or attending their first appointment.
- Once they have attended and completed their first appointment, we’ll add your choice of a complimentary veterinary consultation or grooming credit note to your account.
- Book and redeem your complimentary service within six months.

Is there a limit on referrals?
No. You can refer as many new clients as you like and receive a complimentary service for each eligible referral.

Can I transfer my complimentary service?
No. Complimentary services are linked to your account and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or credit.

Terms & Conditions
- The person referred must be a new client of Cameron Veterinary Services.
- The referring client’s name must be provided when the new client books or attends their first appointment.
- The complimentary service note will be added after the new client has attended and completed their first appointment.
- The referring client may choose either one standard veterinary consultation or one dog groom.
- The complimentary service must be booked and redeemed within six months of being added to the client’s account.
- The complimentary service is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or account credit and cannot be used toward another service.
- Veterinary consultations include the standard consultation fee only. Medications, tests, treatments, procedures and other services are invoiced separately.
- Grooming is subject to appointment availability and the pet being suitable for grooming by the CVS Grooming team.
Additional grooming charges may apply for extensive matting, difficult behaviour, specialised grooming requirements or services outside a standard groom. - Management reserves the right to amend, pause or withdraw the referral program.
